1. The age of the project?

We accept projects with a minimum 12 months monetization history, plus it must be active. An historic is not useful if the business is not active at the moment.


2. Average profit?

It is essential that the project is validated and that it is a profitable business with an average profit of at least €200 over the last 12 months.

In order to carry out an adequate valuation and vetting, you must give us access to both Analytics and your financial statements and the account in which you receive payments so that we can validate that it is a profitable online business.

Based on the data provided, our brokers will carry out a financial audit to validate your business model. Basically, your P&G must reflect a profit after taxes sustained for at least 12 months and that this is at least €200 per month. Based on this net profit and depending on the digital asset in question and the variables that we use to value it, we will obtain a Multiple that will be multiplied by the net profit. The multiples applied are usually between 12 and 48 times the billing.

The process begins with a manual valuation together with a vetting of the project, once the process is complete, if it meets Trustiu's requirements and the seller accepts the proposed price, it will be published in our Marketplace and we will help you find a buyer.

At the time there is an interested buyer, we verify their identity and financial status, once these data have been validated, they will be made to sign a confidentiality agreement and will be given access to the business information. Then if he likes the project he will make you an offer.

Our commission is only charged when the buying and selling process is completed. If the business is not completed we do not charge any commission. These are our commissions, which may vary depending on the value of the property:

10% of the sale value of the property (properties up to 1 million euros)

9% of the sale value of the property (properties between 1 and 2 million euros)

8% of the sale value of the property (properties over 2 million euros)

We do not reveal the URL until we have verified the identity of a buyer.

Depending on whether we are talking about the web or YouTube, the time varies a lot. In the case of YouTube, we usually sell the channels in an average of 15 days, but we have the case that they are sold on the same day that they are published in our marketplace.

In Webs we usually take between 2 weeks to a couple of months.
