Websites: There are several ways to monetize a website and each of them has different margins, so we ask that the project has at least 12 months of revenue with which you can validate that the business model is stable and profitable. It is also very important that during this period you have at least an average monthly profit of €200.
Youtube Channels: Unlike websites, to list a Youtube channel, you do not need to have a minimum income, however you must  demonstrate that the channel has been monetized for at least 6 months, that it has at least 10,000 subscribers and that your channel has at least 4,000 viewing hours during the last 12 months. It will also be evaluated if the channel received any strike or warning.

That's why we require an ID verification. Through our platform, you will be able to validate your identity with a selfie of your ID or passport. In this way, we guarantee the confidentiality of our assets and maintain the quality of our platform users.

If you are interested in a property that worth more than €30,000, regardless of whether it is a website or Youtube channel, you will have to validate your liquidity by proving that you have at least these funds to be able to execute the deal and thus have access to the property URL and all necessary information. This verification can be done through open banking, it is a quick and safe process with which we preserve your privacy.

That's right, just like we do an initial valuation to list a business on our platform, we do a monthly review of assets performance. This allows us to maintain real prices and maintain the quality of listings. The review may result in an increase or decrease in the price at which the website or Youtube channel was published, depending on whether the metrics have improved or worsened.

The main service on which we base our business model is the Marketplace on which we connect buyers and sellers of digital assets. We work on a success fee and only charge our commission if we manage to sell the business. In this case our commission can vary from 8 to 10% and is already included in the prices you see on the marketplace.
If you already have a buyer for your business, but you want to have the security that Trustiu offers, we offer an intermediation service. In this case, we charge only 5% of the total value of the deal.
We also offer a market research service. Imagine that you want to invest on Youtube and you want to know which are the most profitable niches. Don't worry, we have the solution. We take care of analyzing different niches and their respective languages. You will receive a series of documents with which you can analyze various purchase options and contact the owners. Buyers

Regardless of whether it is a website or a Youtube channel, the process is the same and so is the information you will receive. When you request more information from one of our listings, you must verify your identity and accept our terms and conditions (where you may not disclose the information you receive to third parties or attempt to do business outside of Trustiu) and in the event that it is a property of more than €30,000 it is necessary to verify your liquidity. Once we have verified this information, you will have access to data such as the URL, KPI's and tax documentation for the property. With this information you will be able to make your analysis and make the decision to buy the project or not.

Seller

Last but not least, we share it on all our social networks in order to give your business as much exposure as possible. How is the process of selling a property?

The process starts with a manual valuation, along with property vetting. Once you have completed this process, if it meets Trustiu's requirements and the seller accepts the proposed valuation, it will be published on our marketplace and we will help you find a buyer.
The moment there is an potential buyer, we verify their identity and financial liquidity. Once these data have been validated, the buyer must accept the private conditions of our marketplace where he is obliged to comply with a confidentiality clause. Then the buyer will have access to all the property information and if he likes the project he can make an offer to buy it. In order to carry out a proper valuation and vetting, you must give us access to analytics and your financial status so that we can validate that you have a profitable online business.

Based on the data provided, our brokers will carry out a financial audit to validate your business model. Basically your P&L should reflect a sustainable profit after taxes for at least 12 months and that this is at least €200 monthly. Based on this profit and depending on the digital asset in question, as well as the variables we use to evaluate it, we will define a multiple to apply on that profit. The selling multiples applied are usually between 12 and 48 times the profit.

Each project is a different and, depending on the sector, revenue and audience will be sold in more or less time. Depending on whether we are talking about Youtube channels or websites, the time varies a lot. In the case of Youtube channels, they are usually sold in an average of 15 days, but we have cases of channels that were sold within minutes of being published on our marketplace. As for websites, we usually take between 2 weeks to 2 months to sell them.

1. Project age:

We accept projects with a minimum monetization history of 12 months. In addition, the project also has to be active. The project history is not enough if it is currently not active.


2. Average profit.

The project must be validated, that is, it must be a profitable business with an average profit of at least €200 over the last 12 months.

You have two ways to start the sale process, you can start with an automatic valuation in which you will receive an approximate value of your property and proceed with a manual valuation or you can directly ask us for a manual valuation in which we will carry out an in-depth analysis of your property, business model, we will assess the profitability and give you a fair price at which we believe you can sell your business on our platform.
Before proceeding to listing the property, you must verify your identity and sign a 6-month exclusivity agreement. This contract has a reason, Trustiu does not charge anything to publish and promote the businesses listed on our platform, so we ask that you give us 6 months of margin to give us time to find qualified buyers and sell your online business.
As soon as your business is published, offers will begin to arrive, which you can view in your private area within the platform. It's very intuitive, you just have to accept it or reject it. When you accept an offer, your property is reserved for a period of 48 hours, which is the time the buyer has to pay 10% of the total amount as a reservation. If, after this period, the reservation is not completed, your property will be available again and you will be able to negotiate with the other interested buyers.
